Hi, I’m Scott Webb,

Before commencing my legal career, I served as a Police Officer with the Queensland Police Service for approximately 13 years, rising to the rank of Sergeant. This experience instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and a commitment to serving the community.

Since 2001, I have practised as a lawyer, specialising in commercial law and litigation, while also working across a range of other legal areas. Over the years, I have gained experience in large, medium, and small firms. While each had established systems and processes, I consistently observed a lack of flexibility in addressing individual client needs.

Too often, legal services were delivered through rigid processes and standardised fee structures, regardless of a client’s unique circumstances, objectives, or expectations. I believed there was a better way.

That belief led to the establishment of Webb & Co Lawyers – a firm built on the principle that legal services should be both structured and adaptable. While we maintain the professional systems necessary to deliver high-quality outcomes, we place equal importance on flexibility, ensuring our approach is tailored to each client.
